A Hybrio battery, which means they are pre-charged and you can use them straight out of the packet, without having to charge them the first time. The technology means the battery has an extremely low self discharge rate which allows it to remain charged for much longer than standard NiMH batteries and remain charged even when not being used for long periods of time. It retains approximately 85% of its charge after 12 months, when it hasn't been used!
